Who we are
Atlantic Furniture Ltd is the data controller for any personal information you give us. Our contact details are at the bottom of this policy.
What information do we collect
– When you place an order: name, billing/delivery address, email, phone number, and order details. Card payment details are processed by [Stripe] — we never see or store them.
– When you contact us: anything you choose to send — usually name, email, and your message.
– When you subscribe to our newsletter: email address only.
– When you visit the site: technical information including IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed (via cookies and analytics — see below).
Why we use it (legal basis under GDPR)

We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing purposes outside Atlantic Furniture Ltd.
How long do we keep it
– Order data: 7 years (Irish Revenue requirement)
– Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
– Contact form messages: 12 months unless an order results
– Analytics: 26 months
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
– Access the data we hold about you
– Correct anything inaccurate
– Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”) where we don’t have a legal reason to keep it
– Restrict how we use it
– Port your data to another provider
– Object to processing based on legitimate interest
– Withdraw consent for newsletters and cookies any time

If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ireland — www.dataprotection.ie.
